As specialists in the execution of company and office moves we are consistently called upon by customers who are confronted with archiving problems. Our large state-of-the-art archive facility is the ideal answer to your archiving needs.

Our archives are divided into two parts, “active” and “inactive” archives. The active archives consist of, for example, correspondence or documentation from the recent year. There are companies that put great importance on having these documents readily accessible; others see an opportunity to save significantly on personnel expenses and office space by storing their active at De Haan.

The “inactive” archives are documents that do not require timely access. These documents may require storage for fiscal, legal or historical reasons. Both “active” and “inactive” archives are stored by De Haan Removals.

Privacy and quality guaranteed

All archive boxes are furnished with a sticker and barcode. Your privacy is guaranteed as the stickers contain no personal information; your data is stored exclusively in our computer system.

Your archive is managed and stored optimally in our modern and secured storage facility. The facility is temperature controlled (maintained at the correct, constant temperature and humidity) and access is restricted to authorized personnel only. The registration and the management of the archived documents is executed by barcodes. The barcode system provides quick retrieval, updates and additions to your archives.
