FAIM Certification (FIDI Accredited International Mover) is industry specific. Companies must achieve a quality score of at least 80% in order to attain FAIM Certification. These quality requirements are audited semi-annually by an independent company Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and FIDI Brussels. De Haan achieved a quality score of 99.6% on the latest audit.
