We follow a strict pre-planned scenario during office and project moves in order to minimize “down time” in your company. Employees are notified and well prepared prior to the move. We utilize various practical moving tools such as PC-containers, rolling containers, stairwalkers to maximize the efficiency and flow of the move. With the help of a coding system, we are able to efficiently move all desks, cabinets, etc., to their correct places at the new location. We are also available to help you with your internal moves.

Facility management

In addition to the comprehensive package of services we offer for office and project moves, we can also provide a facility manager. The facility manager can coordinate many, if not all, aspects of the move.

The responsibilities can be tailored to your requirements, which could include anything from arranging/disconnecting telephone service, arranging the cleaning of the offices, minor maintenance, arranging correct placement of the computer hookups to disconnection / reconnecting and testing the computers, and any other duties required with your office or project move.

Insurance

We will organize your move in such a fashion as to minimize risk and to deliver your goods safely. Naturally, it is important to obtain all-risk insurance. We can assist you in this by providing you with the required application forms and by drawing up the insurance certificate.

Moving regulations and conditions

In our industry, we are regulated by the “Transport en Logistiek Nederland Algemene Betalingsvoorwaarden,” registered at the courthouse in The Hague per 1 October 1993. In addition to the “Transport en Logistiek Nederland Algemene Betalings-“ regulations, we are also regulated on our national, office moves by “Algemene Voorwaarden voor Bedrijfsverhuizingen (AVB)” registered by the “Stichting Vervoeradres” at the courthouse in Amsterdam and Rotterdam.
