Zeer goed geholpen zowel door de binnendienst als de buitendienst. In een operatie als een verhuizing kan er altijd wel wat misgaan maar het is hoe je dit oppakt en oplost. Dat heeft De Haan zeer goed gedaan.

Wij zijn onder de indruk geraakt van de vaardigheid en deskundigheid van al het personeel dat betrokken was bij onze move naar Ayamonte (Spanje). Of het nu degene was die opname deed van de boedel tot aan de mensen die inpakten en weer uitpakten, petje af!!! Geen beschadiging of breuk hebben wij kunnen constateren, dat kon ook eigenlijk niet vanwege de enorme hoeveelheid papier en bubbel plastic dat wij de afgelopen weken hebben moeten verwerken. Nogmaals dank aan allen die meegewerkt hebben aan onze verhuizing naar dit mooie land

Friendly, adequate, and very professional movers with a lot of experience. Everything was well packed and so far no much broken here at location. Entire move was faster than expected (one month from Europe to Middle East).

I selected De Haan based on the recommendation of my new employer. The service received is absolutely top-notch. My move coordinator was extremely responsive and helpful. She informed me about each and every steps of the process. I did not have any bad surprise. Cargo was shipped on time and most importantly arrived on time. Everything was arranged in a very efficient way. Customs were cleared on time, delivery was planned in less than a week. The day we moved in, it took only an hour to get our goods in the flat. Despite the care given to wrap fragile items, some of them arrived broken. De Haan sent me straight the claim form  and the insurance company agreed to reimburse my damaged item without any problem. De Haan performed beyond my expectations and I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to move.

Professional team in the Netherlands with a good central coordination. They did a real good job. The experience in the foreign destination with the local partner in Oman was average. Finally a good solution was found for some broken items.

It was a pleasure to make an international move with De Haan. Each team member was friendly, accomodating and nothing was too much trouble. They work quickly and efficiently. Very happy to recommend.

All in all a good experience - de Haan offered excellent communication and service. The packing and loading services by the partner organisations in South Africa could be improved. There was a further significant delay in the shipment due to a strike in South Africa, but once my goods had arrived on Dutch soil the process was very efficient, pleasant and skilful. I would recommend de Haan for an international removal.

Ik voelde me 'ontzorgd' en ben zeer tevreden over de deskundigheid van alle medewerkers. Het opnemen, inpakken en verhuizen zelf ging perfect. Ik zal iedereen De Haan dan ook warm aanbevelen.
Er zijn altijd wel kritische punten te bedenken, maar dat verschilt ook van persoon tot persoon. Zo had ik begrepen dat ik de kasten zou nummeren en dat het verhuisteam de dozen uit die kast hetzelfde nummer zou geven. Ter plekke bleek dat niet bekend te zijn. Een tip voor de volgende keer!

I recently moved from London to Amsterdam, in 2 phases.  I was very impressed with De Haan from start to finish. Each of their employees showed great professionalism, care and expertise.  In addition, there were some complications (not caused by De Haan) and Dennis worked really hard to help me work them out with charm and a can do attitude.  The crews that came to deliver, walking up the 67 stairs and using the lift, were efficient and quick along with being very pleasant. I can't recommend De Haan highly enough.

In times where we could not get any information about what happened with our stuff and what happened with our money after we found out that X.* went bankrupt, Alejandra was the only stable force in the whole story. Whenever I had a panic attack again about what was happening with our container I could always call or write Alejandra and she skillfully guided me through the process and knew exactly what to do, with the end result being that we finally moved into our new home in Amsterdam and I am sitting on my own sofa writing these words.

Our experience with De Haan relation has been excellent. We had a complex moving schedule and tonnes of books to move, but all went very well, professional and in time. The communication with the back-office at De haan was very good - clear, to the point and the (many) questions we had were all answered quickly. The week of the moving itself was intense and as such it felt very good to be able to leave a lot into the experienced hands of the movers. They came with a big team, thought ahead, were careful with the delicate things, and precise and accurate - working according to a clear system to items would not 'get lost in the moving forest'. The movers were attentive (e.g. gave a quick call to inform us they had passed the border into Switzerland, our destination country) and also good for a laugh at times. We consider De Haan the 'gold standard' of relocation companies in the Netherlands and highly recommend them.
