I am so pleased with everything and everyone.I run out of words to tell my happiness.A move like this can be very stressful, but everything happened just perfect.No worries for me. I've been telling all my friends and family how smoothly things happened.

Very good and smooth service in Suriname, the whole process went according to plan and without delay. The boxes and packaging material are of good quality. In the Netherlands, unloading and putting boxes in the right rooms also went very well. Extra checks at customs in the Netherlands entailed extra costs, which was also indicated by the office in advance.

I experienced my move with De Haan from Almere to Madrid as professional, efficient and flexible. The contents were packed quickly and neatly. A good solution was found for a delivery problem in Madrid, despite the driver's time pressure.

The guys were really awesome and helpful throughout the delivery, they were very patient when I had questions and wanted to double check things. I am very happy with the service. Also all the prompt and helpful communication. 

An international move is a major undertaking. De Haan helped us with this carefully and pleasantly. Dividing the relocation process into different phases seemed a bit cumbersome at first, but it was actually very nice afterwards. This gave us a good picture of the progress and often immediately received the correct information when we had questions. The fact that De Haan has all this in its own hands also ensures that you do not have the feeling that you are dependent on third parties. This guarantees the services to be provided. The delivery of our moving boxes was quite a labour-intensive job, but the movers took care of almost all the work.

De Haan was recomended to me by a friend, and I will definitely recommend them as well.  The whole team made this very stressful experience a lot easier, they were very fast and very careful with our items. We appreciated it very much.

Overall, it has been a good experience. Had to intervene myself quite often at the beginning to make things moving on, but then each time I had questions, I received very clear information and timeline has always been respected. Client Service has been really helpful and De Haan showed goodwill on a damage good of mine to top-up the reimbursement from the insurance. Will definitely recommend or use again.

De Haan has provided me with excellent assistance with the move from the UK to the Netherlands. The communication throughout the process is excellent, the staff are friendly and professional, and it is clear that they are very experienced and that gives a sense of confidence. Brexit has made moving from the UK to Europe more complicated, and de Haan was very helpful and all that took away a concern. They also gave all kinds of moving tips that turned out to be very useful during the move. When there was a minor incident during the delivery – which in the end was not de Haan's fault, but a production error during the delivery of the apartment – ​​it was handled very professionally. I can recommend them to everyone.

Very nice professional moving company! The employees proudly wear the De Haan shirt and you notice that in everything. Open communication, clear! I moved from Amsterdam to Barcelona. Very very professional ad quick responses from the coordination team. The packing team in Amsterdam were fast and knew how to quickly and safely pack paintings, TV etc. I have already recommended the movers to other friends.

De Haan arranged our move from England to the Netherlands. De Haan has handled this in a professional manner. The inventory could be done completely digitally by means of video calling. There is one contact person in the office who handled all administrative matters, including customs clearance, and who responded quickly and appropriately. The movers at both locations were also very good, neat, friendly and all things were loaded and unloaded with care.

From the first contact it was clear how the move to and temporary storage in NL would go and at what cost. All agreements are flexibly scheduled and fulfilled during the process. Communication with De Haan was very pleasant. The removal teams in Pt and NL were friendly, cheerful and handled our household effects very neatly.

Good company but personally I would think three times, what I am moving to another country. I think the cost is unrealistically high compared to the value of your stuff. The additional, unforeseen costs are not always the fault of De Haan, but could have been better told.

I was very happy with De Haan’s service.They were super flexible and assisted me during some very complicated period with a lot of understanding and patience.\nThey basically saved me after another company (Smilda) cancelled my move one week before the move date.\nUnlike other companies, de Haan didn’t take advantage of the desperate situation in which I was at that point and gave me a really fair price. Another point was that I changed my destination from Portugal to Spain while my stuff was still in the storage in the Netherlands. Instead of charging me more, they gave me a partial refund since the tariff   to the new destination was cheaper. I don’t think many service providers would have done that. I recommend them to anyone who plans a move, their move coordinators are very patient and showed great understanding to my situation.

I was a little apprehensive at the cost, but now I would 100% hire De Haan again. Exceeded my expectations. 

The preparations were good and de Haan was very thoughtful and clear. That gave a lot of confidence. It is a pity that the execution itself went too hastily, resulting in a number of unnecessary damage. In addition, a damaged table was further damaged because the movers repaired it on their own initiative.
