Terms and conditions

 On all our activities, depending on their nature, applies:

• To removals: General Terms and Conditions in respect of Removals in- and outside Europe also insurance conditions for moving household goods PV05 2025(AVVV and AVVV-BE) 2025, as well as General Terms and Conditions in respect of removal items placed in storage (AVBV) 2025 and General Terms and Conditions for the delivery of Handyman Services (AVHD) 2025. These General Terms and Conditions have been established in consultation with the Dutch Organization of Recognized Movers (OEV) and the Consumers Association (the Dutch Council on Consumer Interests, part of Consumers International);
• To international removals: General Conditions for International Furniture Removal (AVVIV 2009), registered by FIDI Netherlands;
• To international transport: the Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road (CMR), and complimentary to previous mentionned AVC; 
• The Dutch Storage Conditions (de Nederlandse Opslagvoorwaarden) registered by FENEX at the district court of Rotterdam November 15th 1995.
• The Dutch Forwarders Conditions (Nederlandse Expeditievoorwaarden), as registered by FENEX May 1st 2018 with the registry of the district court of Amsterdam, Arnhem, Breda and Rotterdam with exclusion of Article 23; 
• The Transport en Logistiek Nederland conditions of payment, as filed with the registry of the district court of The Hague July 2nd 2002.

With regards to the above mentioned conditions the latest version is always applicable.
