Clearance

Once your furniture arrives in the country of destination it must first go through customs. We ensure that customs is aware of your shipment and we hand over the documents, so that the clearance process can be started. The clearance is required for countries outside the European Union, such as Switzerland, Norway and recently the United Kingdom.

Full guidance

De Haan will, possibly together with her partner, guide the entire clearance process. Please note that in some countries you must be present yourself during the clearance process in the country of destination. In some cases you have to identify yourself at the customs post. Obviously we will inform you about this in the first step of your relocation process.
