For the second time, I chose De Haan relocation, and once again I am extremely satisfied. The first time, they handled my move from the Netherlands to Switzerland, and now they have completely taken care of my relocation from Switzerland back to the Netherlands.
What truly made the difference for me was the excellent communication. I would especially like to thank my move coordinator. Their efficient communication, friendly attitude, and personal approach gave me great confidence throughout the entire process. They truly make a difference.
The moving team was also highly professional, careful, and a pleasure to work with.
In addition, the delivery of my belongings was delayed due to extreme heat. Instead of receiving a standard notification, I was personally called by the Managing Director. This was greatly appreciated and demonstrates how much De Haan values its customers.
I can wholeheartedly recommend De Haan relocation and will undoubtedly choose them again for any future move.
