De Haan delivers excellent work, everythings proceeds orderly, arrives well and is perfectly packed. Communication is prompt, respectful and pleasant; my e-mails are being read throughly, responses come fast and are to the point. My family is doing business with international removal services company De Haan since 1988 and we are all unanimously very satisfied.
The calculation of the weight and volume detemining the final cost was not clear. And the duration of a sea freight was miscalculated. Both costed me a lot more than expected. Lots of paperwork also. But I presume it was compulsory steps. Apart from that, everything was ok.

They were careful not to ship before our clearance had come through and so avoid extra storage costs and hassle. And the movers themselves were courteous, knowlegeable and efficient at all times. I would recommend de Haan absolutely.

All in all a good experience - de Haan offered excellent communication and service. The packing and loading services by the partner organisations in South Africa could be improved. There was a further significant delay in the shipment due to a strike in South Africa, but once my goods had arrived on Dutch soil the process was very efficient, pleasant and skilful. I would recommend de Haan for an international removal.

Afgelopen week hebben we de dozen uitgepakt, moet zeggen dat het beter is aangekomen dan ik had verwacht. En dat alles er is, zo te zien zijn er geen dozen opengemaakt :) 1 doos is een beetje vochtig geworden, maar de inhoud niet. Ben blij en dankbaar dat het, ondanks de vertragingen, goed is gekomen. Ben zeer tevreden over jullie als bedrijf. Enige is dat er vanuit jullie partner in Zuid-Soedan meer duidelijkheid gegeven had kunnen worden wat de vertraging was, maar dit is ook weer een verschil in Nederland en elk Afrikaans land.

Prima ervaring zowel bij onze verhuizing vanuit Utrecht naar SA in 2008 als bij onze huidige verhuizing vanuit Johannesburg naar Amersfoort. Goede en snelle communicatie met Lennert de Jong die daardoor onze vragen snel oploste. Ook de partner in SA Stuttaford Van Lines was een prima keuze en maakten waar wat ook zij in 2008 al lieten zien. Een volgende verhuizing zullen we zeker weer contact met jullie opnemen en zien of we weer tot samenwerking kunnen komen. Met dank aan de ploeg van afgelopen vrijdag voor de prima en zeer relaxte service. We hadden bijna het gevoel met een stel vrienden aan het werk te zijn en dat is een compliment aan de ploeg.

Inmiddels 2 keer gebruikgemaakt van De Haan voor een overzeese verhuizing en meerdere keren binnen Nederland; steeds professioneel afgehandeld zowel door de haan als door de door hen gekozen buitenlandse partner. Het gaat soms zo snel dat je het zelf haast niet kunt bijbenen. Tijdens transporten overzee regelmatig een update van waar de goederen zich bevinden. Geen verrassingen en dat is fijn.
