Changed regulations for customs clearance

Famili picture one-group

Recently, the customs authorities decided to change the regulations for clearance of household goods arriving in the European Union. We can no longer clear the household goods arriving at a port in the EU with another destination country in the EU. This means that all shipments need to be cleared in the country of destination instead of the country of arrival.

We can imagine that you might have some questions about the impact of this change and the solutions. De Haan is more than happy to answer your questions and to inform you about the possibilities of our bonded warehouse in The Netherlands.
