Very professional company with excellent communication in the planning process and warm and reassuring approach on the big days. Both our moving days were fun and relaxed. Without any stress, we were able to enjoy this exciting moment in our life as we repatriated after many years abroad. The driver mover had no problem manoeuvring the van in a narrow driveway, and he and the other mover were all smiles as they worked quickly and efficiently to unload our possessions.

The movers were punctual and very professional. Reboxed some of the articles and even bandaged my partners hand when she cut it on some glass the previous (not De Haan) movers broke.

Even though I was hesitant about the cost, the simple process, the help with packing, the care for my items (even though a foot support of my TV kast is missing ;) ), everything was amazing. Lovely people.

De Haan has provided me with excellent assistance with the move from the UK to the Netherlands. The communication throughout the process is excellent, the staff are friendly and professional, and it is clear that they are very experienced and that gives a sense of confidence. Brexit has made moving from the UK to Europe more complicated, and de Haan was very helpful and all that took away a concern. They also gave all kinds of moving tips that turned out to be very useful during the move. When there was a minor incident during the delivery – which in the end was not de Haan's fault, but a production error during the delivery of the apartment – ​​it was handled very professionally. I can recommend them to everyone.

De Haan arranged our move from England to the Netherlands. De Haan has handled this in a professional manner. The inventory could be done completely digitally by means of video calling. There is one contact person in the office who handled all administrative matters, including customs clearance, and who responded quickly and appropriately. The movers at both locations were also very good, neat, friendly and all things were loaded and unloaded with care.

The service is excellent. 

Although the people were all very friendly, several precious items were damaged. It was a lengthy process to get the very limited compensation. The size of this insurance payment is a "joke" and the sales of the insurance was very very very misleading - it was NEVER explicitly told that the cover was only day value for all items older than 3 years, whereas I paid EUR1500 for the additional insurance. Yes it was in the small print, obviously, but De Haan should know that people who are in the middle of an international move don't have time to read these. I feel misled and ripped off. The movers Arjan and Elimer were absolutely fab, and the team dealing with the damage was very professional, both Henny Hendriks and Linda Rovekamp were very kind and understanding and helped to come to a conclusion.

Overall great service from everyone I've interacted with, the only negative point was the 1 week delay for arrival at the destination. The estimate was of maximum 4 weeks, which was already a generous time period given the short distance.

Moving from England to the Netherlands is stressfull enough. And if you dont know the company in charge of moving your stuff, you get a little nervous. Het feit dat de bevestigde afleverdatum eenzijdig werd gewijzigd van zaterdag naar maandag eropvolgend was een grote teleurstelling, de rest van de afwikkeling, zowel in NL als in UK was in een woord voortreffelijk!  De verhuizers van "White & Company" waren kundig, zeer voorzichtig met onze spullen, ze hadden een uiterst beleefde en correcte houding en ze waren zeer hulpvaardig.

I recently moved from London to Amsterdam, in 2 phases.  I was very impressed with De Haan from start to finish. Each of their employees showed great professionalism, care and expertise.  In addition, there were some complications (not caused by De Haan) and Dennis worked really hard to help me work them out with charm and a can do attitude.  The crews that came to deliver, walking up the 67 stairs and using the lift, were efficient and quick along with being very pleasant. I can't recommend De Haan highly enough.

Amazing! Efficient, friendly, dedicated, and able to come up with a solution for any logistical problem that presented itself. In an entire house move, only one champagne glass was cracked.
