We are extremely satisfied with how everything went. Almost everything was arranged and communicated exceptionally well. The only point for improvement concerns passing on the exact pin location of the delivery address in France to the driver. He didn’t know exactly where he needed to be, so we had to provide the details again.

Additionally, the truck arrived in France a day earlier and very early in the morning. Fortunately, our helping hand in France was flexible, so this wasn’t a problem. The driver did call us about this in advance, as he knew we needed to transfer the goods to reach the house and that we had arranged a smaller van for this ourselves.

From the very first introduction to having everything in place in France, extremely helpful and friendly.

Did a great job from the first meeting to the end. Can't say anything else. At our new address we were without power, very annoying. But the driver took care of our coffee. I thought this was really great, because I was disappointed that I couldn't offer this. I enjoyed it!!

I had a great experience with De Haan and I highly recommend them. They were on time, very efficient and very friendly whether it was for the collection or the delivery. Communication is very easy and questions are answered.

Professsional service. Move and crew were excellent. My move therefore went smoothly and up to expectation. Little surprised that the mover on destination (France) handled all by himself. He did have local assistance, but my move has been handled (perfect) by him alone mainly.

In February I moved privately from Ouderkerk aan de Amstel to Normandy in France and requested a quote from two movers. Volume estimate was approximately the same. De Haan was slightly more expensive but made a slightly more solid impression. We discussed the price difference and came to an agreement. The expectations were met. Friendly, relaxed and knowledgeable staff, both when loading and unloading. With an eye for the entire household and extra attention for the vulnerable objects, both for loading transport and unpacking and placing them at the destination.

Generally very satisfied with the quality of the relocation received, both during loading and unloading.

For my mother's move, everything had to run smoothly and precisely. She is aged and worried. It was also about an emigration, so an important event. The commercial man was quick, clear and attentive. The price was right. The administrative and practical support during the preparation and the relocation was efficient and friendly, a great help for us and very reassuring. The movers, both in Rotterdam and in the Ardèche, were professional and friendly. They worked hard but not in a hurry. We are very satisfied with our experience with De Haan.

Efficient and helpful. I would recommend general whole coverage insurance as specific item insurance doesn’t cover any other damages. It’s human job and mistake can happens as usual.

An adequate, pro-active and friendly move by De Haan's English partner Robinsons. First I was a bit reserved, but unjustified. Very smooth proces. 

The actual move was performed by 'Methorst' from Woudenberg. I think that positive credits should go above all to this company. Maybe De Haan would have performed with the same quality, but I cannot judge about that. 

Overall a good/very good service. Paris team (outsourced) not very skilled for re-assembling cabinets. De Haan teams very professional

Vakwerk door vaklui. Echter, jullie hebben mij niet goed geïnformeerd over de noodzaak mijn auto als verhuisgoed aan te melden bij de RDW. Ik kwam daar nu te laat achter waardoor ik extra BPM moet ophoesten. Ik raad jullie aan dit in het vervolg nadrukkelijk onder de aandacht van jullie cliënten te brengen.

REACTIE DE HAAN: het is spijtig dat e.e.a. zo gelopen is. Wij waren er echter niet van op de hoogte dat u een auto wilde laten verhuizen. Om deze reden is de auto niet als zodanig aangemeld.

I wasn't happy with the fact that many items got damaged during the move. We have not received the reimbursement or repairs to the damaged furniture. The problem with my clothes being packed with the trash gave me an awful experience. Another thing that the situation is still not resolved, and it took us already almost 6 months.

De Haan: in the meantime the damage has been resolved and paid.

De Haan Relocation is a very professional company with a strong internal communication.
