Very well arranged! Definitely recommended for a move, also abroad. I found it quite exciting to move to Germany, let alone arrange an international move. I was relieved by the fast switching and organizational skills of the Move Coordinator assigned to me. In addition, they are very friendly and like to think along with you. Thank you!

I had a great experience and support throughout the moving process. I really liked that I always got a reply to my questions within a day (even if the answer was that more time was needed). Also, even when things were a bit off (the moving crew at origin was several hours late) I always had support trying to contact the different parties to resolve the problems.

The organization, communication and skills from de Haan are excellent. The movers at our home in Vancouver were a bit slow and had to pack everything just with 2 guys. Without my help I assume the couldn't make it within the estimated time. I had to take off also all wall mounted furniture. The movers in Hamburg were excellent again.
