CEO Madeline van der Rhee becomes co-owner of De Haan relocation, Netherlands

Exactly one year after returning to De Haan relocation, Netherlands, CEO Madeline van der Rhee has become co-owner of our beautiful 249-year-old family business.

Eighth-generation owner Michiel de Haan: “We are very happy with Madeline as CEO, and I felt it would be wonderful to have her alongside me as a minority shareholder. Under Madeline’s leadership, the positive trend of 2024 continued into 2025 and we look to the future with great confidence”.

Madeline van der Rhee: “As a true Alblasserdam entrepreneur’s daughter, and also a ‘child of De Haan’ - I already started at De Haan during my studies in 2007 - I am incredibly proud to become a co-owner”.
