Introducing: Edwin Ros

In March 2021 Edwin Ros started at de Haan as Business Controller. After a busy period of familiarization, it is time to introduce Edwin to you.

Edwin has three children, ages 9 to 14, and enjoys crossfit, running, cycling and swimming.

Interested in people, organization and process, Edwin brings a lot of experience with him. Originally from ERP Consultancy in change projects and later more towards Controlling in large companies, Edwin built up his broad financial experience. He now likes to use this to build an organization within small and medium-sized enterprises.

Edwin found his new challenge in De Haan. Edwin: “On the one hand, to be able to contribute to the organization in a fun role and to be of added value, on the other because it is a family business. There is sincere attention to people at all levels within the De Haan’s organization. And the focus is not only short term but also long term”.

Edwin manages the financial department within De Haan, is a member of our Management Team and reports to our General Manager Wouter Hijzen. The figures provide substantiation for what has happened and enable analyzes and forecasts. Edwin is used to performing different roles side by side. Together with his affinity for numbers and IT, he hopes to contribute to the further development of De Haan relocation.
