We are extremely satisfied with how everything went. Almost everything was arranged and communicated exceptionally well. The only point for improvement concerns passing on the exact pin location of the delivery address in France to the driver. He didn’t know exactly where he needed to be, so we had to provide the details again.
Additionally, the truck arrived in France a day earlier and very early in the morning. Fortunately, our helping hand in France was flexible, so this wasn’t a problem. The driver did call us about this in advance, as he knew we needed to transfer the goods to reach the house and that we had arranged a smaller van for this ourselves.
