Very professionally handled and extremely satisfied. A painting was accidentally left behind in storage in the Netherlands, but an appointment was immediately made to deliver it to us in Portugal. Furthermore, there is minor damage in another painting (corner broken off), but with the many relocations you cannot always prevent these kinds of things. Everything else arrived in perfect condition.

The whole process went very smoothly, despite the fact that we were not able to provide the exact destination address until late. The communication with the office was very pleasant, the coordinator was very reactive. The movers team was punctual, friendly, efficient and experienced. Moving is always a complex and emotional experience, but De Haan's service has certainly made it easier for us, not only practically but also mentally.

I had De Haan move my stuff (about 2 m3) from Barcelona to the Netherlands. Thanks to the transport in a combination journey (moving items from several households in 1 truck), this was possible without paying the main prize. The move went satisfactorily and communication with De Haan was excellent. The only bad thing was that at a late moment a request came from the movers to come and load a day earlier than the agreed loading date. I did feel a bit pressured to agree to this, which meant that I had one day less time to pack, but luckily this turned out to be fine in the end.

Fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Clear information and when I had questions, there was always a quick answer. Also the partners abroad (Canary Islands) were very friendly and fast! Great experience!

De Haan is a good moving company, well organized, trying their best to accommodate, taking care of all details as a move is always very stressful and complex. Maybe more focus on the teams who have different levels of friendless and communication. But at the end the job is done so all good.
