We are very satisfied with the entire moving service and the friendliness. Relocating from abroad is intensive. And with De Haan a lot of the stress has been taken away. Efficient, professional, and friendly.

At first I chose De Haan among others because of one of the lowest rates, it looked like a solid company but with a low price (which was suspicious though). I was truly amazed when 2 tons and around 10m3 of my stuff was packed and loaded within an hour!! Then I was amazed the second time, when it was unloaded and unpacked - everything was dry, undamaged and in a perfect shape. The phrase "exceeded my expectations" now has one of the best examples in my life.

The small move from Zwolle to the west in Ireland went very well. Good contacts, the goods delivered fine and undamaged, Good price / quality ratio. Very handy that there is a minimum of 5 m3 and that for the price where other movers only move 3 m3!

De Haan knows what they are doing. It is not by a chance that a company stay alive for more than 200 years. I had an incredible experience. Nothing is perfect but De Haan aims for perfection and goes the extra mile to make customers happy. I moved in the middle of the Corona crisis, still, all personnel that I had direct contact with, were very professional. I have an extra compliment for the driver, he was amazing. I was a bit angry when things arrived as it was a bit out of plan, but his treatment and the department manager's professional approach, made my view change. I work with Branding and Communications for 20 years, it is very rare that I change my perception on a brand after a mistake, but you guys did very well in managing the little crisis we had, offered a good solution and brought all my things in safety back to me. Excellent service and follow up! The move was sudden and rushed but De Haan team really took the stress out of it. Well-informed from start to finish about the progress of the move. Professional and above all customer-friendly staff in both the Netherlands and Spain who do not mind taking an extra step - or not taken into account - The entire move caused me the necessary stress in advance, which later turned out to be completely unnecessary, so smooth and flexible the whole process has expired. De Haan provded a highly professional service, emptying our third floor flat in Amsterdam during the pouring rain without losing their sense of humoir, or dropping anything. They brought the household contents to the UK and unloaded everything... again in the pouring rain. Almost everything arrived in the condition it left the flat in. One minor causalty was a dented kitchen bin. If I had to move across boarders from the Netherlands, I would strongly reccomend De Haan.
